Heart failure is a global challenge that demands specialized expertise.
In 2014, the Department of Cardiology, in collaboration with the Heart Failure Association and the European Heart Academy of the European Society of Cardiology, launched the Postgraduate Course in Heart Failure | PCHF.
This intensive two-year program features 160 hours of interactive learning —including lectures, case seminars, clinical rounds, live transmissions, hands-on courses, and virtual reality training — culminating in a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Heart Failure from the University of Zurich, CAS UZH.
